Albertsons Deals for 8/19-8/25

If you purchase 10 of them - $10.00, Use 10 x .75/1 MQs = -$7.50 = $2.50 for 10 plus use one of the bonus items Albertsons coupon found on the front page of the sales circular to get 1 more for free so 11 bottles of Tabasco for $2.50 not a bad deal. (I use Tabasco in a lot of my gift baskets at Christmas to out of state friends.)

Birdseye Steamfresh Veggies 10-16 oz packages are also on sale for $1.00

In the Albertson's coupon booklet found at the front of the store near the newspapers (ok they are there at the store at the corner of Old Hammond Hwy & Airline) there is a .50/1 Albertson's coupon making them .50 a pack.

Ragu spaghetti sauce is on sale for .99 (this price is good only Fri 8/21- Sun 8/23)

In the 8/2 Red Plum there was either a coupon for .60/2 or if you got lucky you got the coupon for $1/2

They also have a in ad coupon that if you purchase 2 Crystal Light On The Go Cansiters or pouches (on sale for 2/$5) that you can get a 24 pack of Niagara Water for .49

Suave Deodorant is on sale for $1. There is a .50/1 MQ that was in the 8/2 RP insert making it .50 ea after coupon.

I will try to go over the sales circular a little more closely tomorrow - but for now those are the best deals that pop out at me.

Albertson's Weekly Deals 7/22-7/28

I want to remind you of Albertson's coupon policy.

They do not allow you to combine an Albertson's store coupon with a manufacturer's coupon.

They also do not give rain checks on items that are on sale by using a store coupon. For example in the list below - you go to purchase the Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce and they are out. They will not give you a raincheck.

With that being said, Albertsons has a number of coupons in the front of their flyer for this weeks sale - just note my reminder above.

Now I know you did not come to read my blog just for me to type in all the sales items in the paper. You came to find out what the really spectacular deals are right?

Kellogg's Cereal (Corn Pops, Froot Loops, Apple Jacks) are on sale 4 for $10
But it gets better. Use 4 x $1.50/1 coupon and you get 4 boxes of cereal for $4.00 or $1.00 each. But it gets even better. You will get a coupon for a gallon of FREE Milk up to $3.00 (and yes you can purchase a gallon of milk for more than $3.00 and the coupon will simply deduct $3.00 off)

Blue Bell Ice Cream 1/2 Gal is on sale for $3.99. And yes the deal does get better. Register on Blue Bell's website here and you can print two coupons out for $1 off of a 1/2 gal. That coupon will make it $2.99 a 1/2 gal. Now you may be wondering how to print 2 coupons out. Here's how: When your coupon starts to print, hit the back arrow on your screen and then refresh the page and the second coupon will print out. Do NOT attempt to photo copy the coupon as that is illegal.

Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad Mix is on sale 2/$3. If you go to Betty Crocker's website and register you can print out a couple of .40/1 coupons that will make this item 2/$2.20. Better!

Betty Crocker Pouch Cookie Mix is on sale for $1.79 ea. On the Betty Crocker website is also a .40/1 coupon for this item as well making it $1.39 each.

And...just in case you have gotten addicted to the Moon Pies you catch every year at a Mardi Gras parade....Moon Pie Mini Moon Pies 7.2-8.25 oz are on sale for $1.00.

Cheap Fudgy, Yummy Brownies! Oh Yeah!

Albertsons has a sale that ends Tuesday night 7/21. The only item I found that was a great deal was Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix @ $1.00 per box. If you go here you can register and print a coupon out for .75/2 for the brownie mix. That makes 2 boxes of brownie mix for $1.25 not a bad deal at all. And I love Brownies!

What To Buy 6/24-6/30 at Albertsons

The deals are extremely slim this week at Albertsons. The only things I see that I am interested in are:

Boneless Pork Loin Chops - Pre Seasoned B1G2F
Sunny Delight Drink .99 (Use the .55/1 for cheap Sunny D - if you have room in your refrigerator as this must be refrigerated - no shelf life for Sunny D)
Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs are BOGO

There is a $5/$50 coupon on the sales paper but I want to caution you as the wording on the coupon has that this coupon is only valid AFTER all other coupons have been used. Be Warned!

6/24-6/30 Cheap Kelloggs Corn Pops & Milk

This week you can get a FREE gallon of milk when you purchase 4/$10 boxes of Kellogg's Corn Pops at Winn Dixie. If you still have the $1.50/1 coupon on the Kellogg's cereal the math is:

4/$10 = $10
4 x $1/50/1 = -$6
Total oop = $4 for 4 boxes of cereal and a gallon of milk

If you are like me and need the milk but not the cereal - do this deal and donate the 4 boxes of cereal to the Baton Rouge Food Bank and drink the gallon of milk.
